Kayla Deickman is a children's author from Maryland where she resides with her 3 children, husband, dogs and many other animals. She has always loved reading however only recently started writing childrens books in 2023 when she discovered a passion for helping others especially kids. All her books have a mental health spin as that is a topic close to her heart. She also is also neurodivergent and dyslexic so she purposely focuses on writing books geared to children who have a brain similar to herself!
